Pierre: Up to that number in two days -- and is that just from the people in SI. Did you post a note on the Yahoo thread and i think that you have boards on AOL. Also consider that a lot of people may be away for the holidays. You will have a good idea as to the number of shares we control by about the 5th Jan. I think that this is a good start - I have some friends who I belive bought OE I will contact them and get them to respond to you directly. Happy Christmas John

Pierre: That is great news. If I can make a suggestion to you - when you give the tally just give the number of shares and not the broker - as I can see the post now , from someone who a bad experience with a broker, saying : All you investors who have their shares with " XYZ Broker" are crazy because .... etc.etc. we do not want to go off at a tangent here. This information is very powerful, and as the person who started this I want to say - that I belive that we should only use this voice we will have on very rare occasions - the convertible is a perfect issue. It is our money invested in this company - we are all against the convertible - and management is saying that they know better. As a group we can ask for clarification and their reasons.
