Dave, The trade of 100 shares 11 1/2 is real. But it is a late trade indicated by the black background. Sometimes Quote.com adds a caption "late" but not all the time. Compare that when you replace NAVR with AOL or IBM, you'll see some are with black background and some with white background. The ones with white background are after hours. Hope that helps. I agree that NAVR will be much higher within two months when IPO is announced and actually takes place. One thing I like to see is that the underwriter is a big influential brokerage frim. Not Axxel!
