Like I said it seems to me that ATT will be their internet provider. Period !!
I have Microsoft internet providing access in my business . Maybe I should advertise in my folios that I have a joint agreement with Microsoft !!!!
I would become a millionaire !!!!
Better yet if I sign an agreement with ATT for long distance service I can also say that I have a ' joint agreement' with them !!!!

You ask: WHAT DOES IT TAKE!!!!!

company had entered
into a contract with AT&T and will include AT&T WorldNet(R)
Service, AT&T's value- added Internet Access, on all of its
new Internet Software Products. AT&T WorldNet(R) Service is
one of the largest Internet service providers in the U.S.,
serving nearly one million subscribers.

It takes a HELL of a lot more for me to get excited. I used to be a full time independant computer/internet consultant. All this seems to mean is SFAD has become a reseller for AT&T internet service. I was eagerly approched by several local internet service providers to do the same thing. I even ended up going into contract with one of them. It was a good deal for me, my clients, and the company I resold for. But it was an auxillary source of income for me. Not big money. Now the SFAD deal may be even better, but let's call it what it is (or at least seems to be):

Making this statement to seem that AT&T is somehow behind the design of the INcybermall site, or that they are financing it, or planning on supporting it, or whatever is just plain incorrect.

As a matter of fact AT&T has it's own shop online system via worldnet.
att.net

Could the AT&T relationship be more than what they have stated here? Sure, I guess. Not likely though. And yelling at people for questioning it makes you seem either foolish or devious.

No offence.

Oh.. BTW: where is one of these "new Internet Software Products" the PR talks about? What are they? This is not meant as a smart ass question. I am serious. I want to know.

David asked:"WHAT DOES IT TAKE!!!!!!"

I guess my question is....to do what???? Every angle on this company's undertakings is "dubious" at best. The "implied" content of what they do, how things are phrased, what they *really* mean as opposed to the intended fuel for hype....man, this is a BB stinker through and through. Their little "incyber mall" is a freaking joke. It is a non-event, nada. They pretend to be hob-nobbing with the rich and famous, when all it is is a bunch (ok, less than a bunch, a few) URLS to other company's websites.

They are probably *paying* these companies to *let* them post the URLS.

And the aspirin thing....please, take some generic aspirin, grind it up, add a little benzocaine, some sterile saline solution, dump it in an allergy spray bottle, stick that sucker in your nose and squirt to your heart's content! VOILA!!! REvoLuTionary medicine delivery!
capital outlay, about 2 bucks, less if you find the bottle in a dumpster.

SFAD always has, and will always be, nothing more than a 2-3 time a year pump-n-dump for whoever approaches them with the best offer.

I hope you make/made a killing off of it, because it is due to go back in hybernation until the next big non-event.

DISCLAIMER: All of the above is my *opinion* only, I have no inside knowledge of this "company" or it's dealings. Nothing I say should be taken as a material "fact" in buying or selling this company's stock!
blah...blah...blah.

Happy Holidays!
