Trading volume is starting to trend down- CIEN has an average trading volume of 7.5M shares a day. This is way too high. Recently volume has significantly trailed off and I read that as a good sign. CIEN needs a period of some stability where it can start a gradual comeback based primarily on announcements of new customers. Management is putting the investment in marketing and sales along with product development. Still wait and see with some pretty good prospects of success. Anyone else see it this way?
