I don't know how the market will look at this but I'll be adding tommorrow. >Final permission to proceed was received from the USPS in December, 1998 and delivery of the modified software is
expected to occur in the second quarter of fiscal 1999. It is anticipated that the software will be tested for a period of two to three months after delivery at which time
the USPS is expected to make a decision on promoting the EMOD program on a national scale.<
My only question is are they refering to the USPS 2nd qtr or their
own. The USPS is in the 2nd qtr of fiscal 99 now which means final
approval could be February. In my time at the post office, I have
never seen a contractor advance this far and then not get the
contract. Just my experience.
