I have to say that ITEX is doing it's best to explain to those that ask.
--------------
I spoke with an executive at ITEX today and have been given the opportunity to understand a bit of where we stand.

This information was general and spoken in a way so that the current situation would be better understood.

The current situation we have here is surely a public concern, thus the delisting... but this concern was explained to me in such a way.

The SEC matter is one that requires patience, the SEC needs to make sure that they are working in the eye of the public.

I have said before that ITEX is a future technology in itself. What I mean by this? ITEX works in a technology that is new and quite separate from current booked technology companies, this causes our stock here to operate in a new type of reporting, not current to what most of us are use to reading in a typical accounting 101 format.

This new type of accounting is making, (and I generalize this so not to expose SEC definitions, the SEC is the boss here) from what I can tell, the SEC has to adopt new accounting possibilities for this type of new worldwide barter format. I feel the SEC witnesses this barter as a surely possible new frontier in the new business of the world and it's economies of scale.

I feel the SEC needs to be comfortable with this company and it's books so they can understand the next wave of net stocks and barter sector securities. The internet is changing the rules and the SEC must feel expected to adopt a new format for the way these transactions are booked etc. If anyone else cares to try to explain this go ahead, it's not so easy since actually I am liable for what I say this is a public forum.

Right now ITEX is trying to help with their corporations status with investigation by helping the SEC have the right paperwork to work with. I imagine it is not so easy, remember this is a new way to report numbers. This "new way" from what I can feel out is taking some time to explain to the companies trying to benefit in this sector. The SEC needs to feel they have a handle on these changes in economic trends for the "Public Concern".

As for my research post, I have done an investigation (privately) involving IP address information and who may be posting on the yahoo site. I have traced many addresses using software I have access to. In general there have been many onlookers to this thread, many do not post, many browse and pass it by. I strongly disagree with the comments made that are deceptive to this company, and will remain in check with all situations taking place there the best I can. I do trust in this sector and the internet is surely here to stay. I expect growth that will amaze most all of you in these areas, we are in infant stages.

As for what to expect from ITEX let's be patient, nothing more nothing less.
