John, Of course it is not a bullish or bearish issue...just an issue by the bears to make it look like MU cooks the books. It is just plain silly.<g> MU has been doing this long before they bought out ZEOS so why make it an issue now? Deal with the facts that pertain to MU's success or failure...the price of MEMORY versus the cost to produce it. Right now MU is beating the numbers hand over fist with those foolish SEA fabs you and other bears were supporting. You just picked the wrong side to support. IT's not the end of the world, just be smart enuf to know when to switch.:-)...unless you would rather "fight than switch"??? ...of course it is your money to lose.<g> Good Luck Trading DavidG
