Senthil, Don't be surprised by Compaq superdisk built-ins, the company is a somewhat a whore - selling whatever tricks it can buy cheap and peddle. They use every processor under the sun, why not crap removable drives.

Sen, these are new cpq/superdisk, not in stock at ingram yet and they have a few hundred on order....not that suprising considering the relationship, BUT, ingram has 4 or 5 cpq models with zip all in stock and selling well.....but i agree that it is not a good sign that they even picked them up...but whatever it takes to make a buck!
