Thank you, Dale. Since my posting(s) some people who rarely post but mainly lurk on this thread have dropped private e-mail to me expressing basically what you have here. I am confident that in time, CPQ will make its site top-notch. As an investor and consumer, I just wish they had assigned a group the task of working on the web site _before_ they started direct marketing, while the direct marketing strategy itself was being designed.
