Good Morning,

I am an old CVIA shareholder (1996) and a new one. My Preferred Shares and Warrants are in my E*Trade account. I also have my 200 plaintiff shares. Like some of you, I am in the black with a price of $2.50 plus. I have made a New Years resolution not to sell any of my CVIA holdings until 2003. I am a long termer here.
