Red, I agree with you in that info that affects the value of this company should be reported to shareholders. If info was with-held that artificially kept the share price low, then WSP has been diluting the market with new cheap shares and options. More shares means less to value per shareholder. Remember the old Westerns, the outlaw always shot his partner so that there were fewer shareholders.

To me, all info should be released prior to any shares issued so that the market can determine the share price and hopefully put more money in the till.
