i was told on 12/9 that as of the prior week "...all paperwork had
been delivered to the Transfer Agent." i was also told that those with shares in street name would receive their spinoff shares first with those requiring print and distribution of certificates to follow. haven't heard anything since. (but i haven't followed up since that date either).
