yeah - the warrants move in tandem - x/p is $6.25

- and at the moment, if I could re-adjust things, the common looks cheap at the moment & the better buy.

- also, can anyone find where management stated that the web site would be operational & taking orders from the public in dec '98? I really doubt it.

- once again, I don't see what's wrong with a feb '99 launch date.

Kevin, the warrants can be called when the common is above $10 for over 10 days.
1. IMHO the odds of reaching $20 on IFLY common before the warrants must be converted are very low. We haven't even been able to sustain $10 so far.
2. If the common does touch $20 before the warrants must be converted , it could fall back sharply from that level.
3. If the warrants are called the company will give the warrant holders 30-60 days to convert them at $6.25.
