NEWS:Yet Another Private Placement in the Works. Little Joe INTERNATIONAL WAYSIDE GOLD MINES LTD ("IWA-V;IWYGF-L") - 2 Million Unit Flow-Through & Non Flow-Through Private Placement H.K. (Ken) Maddison, Director/Chief Financial Officer, on behalf of the Board of Directors of International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 units at $0.15 per unit. The Private Placement consists of 1 million flow-through units, each unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one half of one flow-through non-transferable twelve month share purchase warrant. Each full warrant and $0.25 will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one further common share of the Company for a period of one year from the date of payment for the units. The remaining 1 million units will be non flow-through units, each unit consisting of one non flow-through common share and one half of one non flow-through non-transferable twelve month share purchase warrant.
