David & Zit Fans - Reviewed 10K last night & this morning. here's my comments:

IHMO, Larry Schlenoff did a wonderful job on the 10K and the above statement leads me to believe he values his credibilty and does not want to open himself up for a lawsuit.

This company man come out of a coma, but the prognosis is still terminal. I think the merger was called off just to stop the bleeding.

I feel sorry for any longs.
