Rudolph the red nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose, and if you ever saw him, you would even say it glows. YES SANTA thank you for coming down my chimney on such a busy night and leaving your bag of goodies. If your hungry, there's cookies and milk, or if you prefer beer, Lowenbrau is the choice in this house. One stipulation however, if you dare touch one just one of my Wave stock certificates you may run the rest of your route with a black eye. Comeback some day when they have fully matured so I can help spread the wealth to the needy with you. I always give what I can, soon and over the next few years, hopefully I can contribute my Wave holdings to such causes as The Don Imus Foundation, the Ronald McCdonald House, and my favorite Big Brother. It's important to help out those who have lost a parent or parents at a young age. I'll even put on a silly elf outfit to help big red. It will take some patience but each year I will add more and more. This money I will earn was never for my personal use, I'm a simple man. One last request however, stay away from the ball.

Marty, emailed me for a few comments as well so here they are.

We learned the same thing a year ago. If anyone rememebers the first version of winpublish had a downloaded plug-in, what a disaster that was, we eliminated 90% of our customer service call and increased our transaction volume significantly when we eliminated the plugin and moved to the current publishing paradigm.

I can't quote exact figures on our averaqge transaction but it is over $5.00 per transaction.

We have never given away free money on our Web site which compaq did. it is easy to spend free money.

The bulk of our transactions on the web have been for specialty information from personal Web sites. For example how to lease a car. I think Compaq discovered the same thing. I would not classify military minitures in the same category as dow jones.

The wave publish tools cost $25 to be a publisher and then we take a transaction fee. So everyone who thinks that millicent will make them rich should test their business plan on Wave first and become "profitable" (a dirty word on the net) Then they can license tools and servers from compaq, invest $500,000 in their web site infrastructure and reduce their per transaction fees.

As we continue to develop our Web product we have learned many of these lessons for a fraction of what it cost compaq, What you will see in the future is that we focus the web products in the direction of communities and individuals who need a commerce engine.

I know many of you have tried buying something, But you should also try to publish something. Start a free web page and publish the complete guide to investing in Wave. A compilation of SI and RB key posts. Put them all in a text document or HTML document publish it and put it on your web page.

EMBASSY with the WaveMeter technology ultimately replaces all of the net accounts and allwos much more complex purchase models. It also provides one of the key pieces that none of the software solutions can provide wich is persistant protection of the content. For example and MP3 file that is purchased on the web can be copied easily becasue there is no good protection at the client. An MP3 file puchased by an EMBASSY is copy protected after it is unlocked and can't be copied on the client.

EMBASSY also give scalability. 10 million purchases at the same time will crash a millicent server. 10 Million EMBASSIES can make 10 million plus purchases per second.

I hope this helps
