Well, I'm not an INSIDER at Bat. HAHAAH!!! USPS PRESS RELEASE 12/23

Too bad the managers at BAT decided to "walk away" from the USPS electric vehicle contract. Looks like "Baker Southwest" could pick up another 2 million dollar contract with 90% margins. Incidentally, you "escape" from prison, "leave" school and "walk away" from a mental hospital.

12/23/1998 - USPS Pledges to Increase Use of EVs, AFVs
San Francisco - The United States Postal Service (USPS) today issued its environmental "New Years Resolutions," part of which includes a pledge to increase the use of alternative-fuel vehicles (AFVs), including electric vehicles (EVs). Dennis Baca, a USPS environmental management policy manager, said, "In 1999 the Postal Service will focus more than ever on creating business advantages with its environmental policy. We want our employees and customers to know that taking care of the environment is not only the right thing to do, it is also good for the business bottom line." The USPS also intends to encourage the use of renewable energy and energy-efficient lighting, strive to cut its energy consumption, encourage recycling of mail, promote mail-order shopping, buy recycled products, promote environmental-protection stamps and "incorporate the concept of Good Earthkeeping" into its own business practices.

I think I've been pretty candid. I just want to see the people responsible for this scam stock prosecuted. If they are innocent they have nothing to fear. (Why are you so afraid?) We have been waiting patiently for you to come up with some, any or even one good reason to invest in BAAT. In the mean time a few people point out good reasons not to invest in BAAT. That's what discussion is.
Isn't that the purpose of these boards, to weigh the pros and cons (cons, get it?) of a stock? Instead you just complain and insult the posters you disagree with.

Should we invest in BAAT because they have a contract to build electric postal vehicles? Nope, contract cancelled.
How about HEVs for the Dep of Energy? Nope, 2 years behind schedule.
How about the 55 electric cars sold to Bat Bardados? Sorry, cancelled.
How about Zinc-Air Transportation and all those long range EVs? Nope, Kummerow sold out his BAAT investment and found someone else to build his vehicles.
How about the pulsecharged Ford Contour? Nope, failed.
What about Skoda? Once stock was sold they were never heard from again.
Didn't LMT engineers take an engine to Hungary? Nope, internet hype.
Is BAT a fully reporting company? Not since March.
What about assets? They have 2 million unissued shares left.
But there's Batlube. Well, there's Maxilube with a BAT label. But there's no evidence that there's been any sales because there have been no financials since March.

I'm getting rather tired of holding up your end of the conversation.

NG,
You have to admit that a great tag team effort is being played out right here, in front of us all, regardless of long or shorts. Now, if I were short, and were sitting here reading such drivel from this tag team, I would be breaking sound barriers trying to cover my arse, before risking my position over the words, and postings of retards, who are obviously scurrying around searching for anything they can assert as ammunition against a great forward-thinking concept such as this tech. and the many yrs of blood, sweat, and tears invested by hard-working employees obviously dedicated to something THEY believe in very strongly. But I am being provided some great holiday laughs, and I hope most here are enjoying it as much as I. Blackie
