Since you're new, please stay out of stocks that trade under 10 dollars. Look for stocks that trade more than 500,000 shares a day.
Get a set of books read to give you a foundation.
Pick a sector and know it solid. It's nice when you can glance at a tape and see a bargain. Also this thread is great for advice.
They are experts. They helped me along. I am committed to assist and will do so with a little humor, I'm sure.
