Dr. Harvey: I am not considered the biggest Ballard bull here, as you may know, but even I doubt that a penny stock that doesn't even file financial statements with the SEC can come up with a PEM cell that would give it some kind of lead over Ballard. It is not impossible, and PEM is the fc technology with the lowest barriers to entry, but what is supposed to be so special about DCHT's product?

The fuel cell revolution is (of course) much larger than cars...and much cheaper than Boulder Dam. The question of who will lead (and spearhead) this revolution...has already been answered. The big fish and the small fish have sat down to their respective places at the table...!
