I for one will not take the time to try and give you the list you ask for. But lets try this: I need not be able to tell you every crime that would or wouldn't fall under the category of "high crimes and misdemeanors but I can tell you one that doesn't! Many Constitutional scholars were asked just what would be an impeachable offense. Most by far said that perjury in a civil suit wasn't among them. pez
