Cosmo....Are you joining the TSIS year 2000 club? All right. A new member. The people who got hurt with the dilution were the long term holders who have owned TSIS for a few years. I started to buy heavily last spring when I knew that there were over 23 million shares out. Most of the dilution happened last fall and winter. Now there are 30.5 million shares out so I have some dilution. This company is the strongest that it has ever been. Frontier is up and running and will give us a 70 percent revenue increase starting next quarter. The Quest deal is a biggie also and may generate hundreds of thousands of revenue to the bottom line. If or when we sign the MCI deal, this will be another milestone. The MCI deals are 3 different applic. Internet replay, CC's and R&R. We are 1 of 2 finalist for Sprint R&R. This is another major contract. Anyways...I'm bullish and buying. TSIS year 2000 member Skip

And, in the market that is not a very wise thing to do but I agree with you the air has been cleared. It was kind of like getting taken behind the woodshed; but the tension has dissipated. i. e. ,a brutal close for the whiners that were wanting a share buy back to commence ( And in the words of Miss Piggy "moi" was one of them )OUCH ! Oh well, as they say be careful what you wish for you just might get it. As for Club 2000 status: now that the air has cleared a lot of inductees are waiting in line to join not out of compulsion but out of necessity. gregor
