There's nothing current on file about DGIV in the SEC's database, so the fundamentals are a big question mark! That's not quite true, Paul - and I suspect you know better. At least, I hope that you would. At least some of the "fundamentals" can be discovered without the aid of the SEC and their database. Certainly it becomes more difficult, certainly the comfy-cozy feeling one gets with the gov't. agency involved is not there and certainly many items considered critical are extremely difficult, nigh impossible, to find. But, not all fundamentals are a big question mark. This is the reason I asked YOU to go to the offices with me to view the contract with me on Monday. The appointment is at 1pm. The offer is still open if you've a mind to make it a high enough priority in your life to come.It will be interesting to see if DGIV complies with the new SEC rules for OTC BB stocks in 1999 and decides to file proper financial reports with the SEC, or whether they will get booted off the OTC BB. Yup, I am interested in that, as well. But that requirement doesn't have to be met tomorrow. There is time... plenty of time... I choose to worry about other issues that Digitcom faces that are of a more urgent nature. Also, here's a question for you - how many shareholders of DGIV do you think there are? If it is greater than 500, DGIV would already be in violation of SEC regulations, which require that even OTC BB companies have to file financials if they have more than 500 shareholders. Now Paul, why would you bring this up? Do you have some information... clues, perhaps... that would lead you to believe that Digitcom is not in compliance with this particular regulation? Perhaps you also worry that Jimmy Chin also drinks and drives, will get caught this holiday season and thrown into jail for a time and DGIV will spiral down into its death... or perhaps you worry that Robert Cummings is a secret Cat Burglar and will get caught, etc., etc., etc. I know, I know - it is just a question and just a bit of pondering. But, it is also a question meant to imply a problem... instill fear, uncertainty or doubt (FUD). Quite the time honored tactic... but, not a very honorable one, IMO. Lazarus, going to look over the fridge for those spirits!
