Phil,

Your concerns about the future of the teleservices division are valid. The extreme interest in getting the CCI division up and running as a potential industry leader has seemed to be all encompassing, as IMHO it should rightly be at this time, but the teleservices has not been forgotten. There are things happening there also but not in the limelight.

During my last visit I saw the name of what I think is a teleservices deal to start soon but will let it be brought forward by RG or Rich when the time is right if it is still viable and I think it is.

Don't forget the importance teleservices plays in the role of CCI as the primary alternative to the offerings to the public of MusicCard and CD sales for those without computer exposure or reluctance to use internet sales.

There are also enhancements the teleservices division can bring to the table to corporations who look at the MusicCard and PromoCard as promotional items to enhance the sale of their products. The use of the teleservices feature of TSIG can aid the customer to, for one, better fine tune their marketing direction.

Also the major upgrade in equipment capacity and quality would give evidence of future anticipated growth in all areas.

I asked RG about VSI and its future when I was there last and he said he had plans for the business. I don't know if it is good or bad for VSI. That is all I know at this time.

When I last spoke to RG we agreed to make contact again in early Jan for a meeting. When it is scheduled I will ask for PMd questions and concerns from the members to be covered as time permits.

Lastly, don't forget the name of the company is Teleservices International not Compact Connection.
