Good summary, Gerald. Your analysis can be expressed mathematically: Great Products + No Marketing Ability = Lost Opportunity. Company is still being ran like a spinoff R&D company. Except for MRI magnets and related products nothing else ever makes it off the ground. There is not enough growth potential with the MRI products to interest analysts and investors. The next thing to fall by the wayside will probably be the food inspection systems.

I also agree: good summary. But don't forget the good news... Rosner has announced his retirement. A shareholder revolt will be averted, assuming some changes are made. So although it may not be time to add more shares, it certainly isn't time to sell. As a died in the denim Contrarian, I could argue buying IMG here (buy it when nobody else will), but that is an individual choice. Paul
