Everyone,
This is a copy of my reply to Jim Thompson on Raging Bull.

Jim,
That was one of the most accurate pieces of "due diligence" I have seen posted. I am very pleased
to see someone like yourself take the time to help fellow shareholders. Keep in mind that Joe
Murphy (CEO) himself has now called in approximately 2 million more shares into certificate form for
the Murphy family.
We have been keeping track, to the best of our ability, thanks to the help of Joe Medsker. We
receive position reports of brokerage houses once a week. I know of many on my extensive E-Mail
list that are having the same problem in regards to receiving their certs. It is PARAMOUNT that
individual shareholders keep pressure on their individual brokers and demand to speak to higher-ups.
One important thing to remember is the fact that we have officially changed transfer agents. We are
no longer with Nevada Trust (Thank God) and are now with AMERICAN STOCK
TRANSFER--(1-800-937-5449). Make sure that this is mentioned to your individual broker. My certs
(which I got a couple of weeks ago) were stamped by Nevada Trust but one of my E-Mail participants
received his yesterday and was stamped by American Stock Transfer. It is the right of every
individual shareholder to receive their certificates upon demand. Continue to put pressure on your
individual brokerage houses. They will use any stall tactic possible because of the number that have
been called in already.
On another front, Russ Hintz (CFO) has completed the last piece of documentation that has been
requested by AMEX for potential listing and should have them in hand by today or Monday. One step
closer to listing but would not want to speculate on a date. On another note DCI & WaveTech have
filed appropriate S-4 forms to SEC in regards to getting proxies for eventual merger. They hope to
hear from them toward the middle or end of January. As soon as they get this finished they will be
sent to shareholders of both companies with notification of a special meeting 30 days later or so. An
affirmative vote of approval will bring about a Cusip # change and a NASDAQ listing upon approval by
NASDAQ. I don't think I would want to be short under any or all of the above possibilities. BTW, I
don't believe any of the above has anything to do with the ongoing "quiet period". Without
speculating, I truly believe that people should start thinking about positioning themselves if they want
to be part of what DCI is working toward for their shareholders.
Jim, thanks again for your hard work.
