Someone asked, a few day ago why the price way dropping so much. After reading the 97 financial report I can give you 180,000,000 reasons. You are right, what a pathetic release, although I will give them credit for dropping thier drawers and letting us see what they are packing, I must confess it was worse than I feared. They were forced into that though, they either had to show the garbage or lose all investor support whatsoever. I feel they do not have the customer base to support their current business model (and the customers they do have do not have the money) and I do not feel they have the leverage to break into the other utilities business as they are hoping. As I predicted long ago, the ONLY way this garbage stock is going to see $5 hell even $1 in the very near future is a reverse split - looks like they have the shares to do it with now - HA!

Dan and ALL: Let me preface all that I am going to say by saying that I am still a very very small shareholder....(and honestly by accident - forgot to sell a small part) but will hold the shares as it is not even worth the 20 dollar brokerage fee to sell them (does that tell you how small a shareholder I am) But....what kind of company says you can request financials if you want them for a year ago.....but does not put them on a web site...give me a break. If they really wanted anyone to see them...they would at least have them on their website and most certainly have them on a news release.....on the business wire. Also taking this long to get 'other financials' out....all you longs hold your breath. I was positive on this stock a year ago ( a sucker) and Dan you know as a friend as well as I do that company managment can sell some good lines. Very convincing. If you want to hear good stories, you will not be disappointed.... As for 180,000,000 shares....the stock is still selling at a premium....honestly from my point of view. I could not assign a market cap to this kind of company of more than 1 times sales (still a very lofty figure IMHO and that would mean a market cap of a whopping 2.5 million. That would be a whole .01388 per share....just personally I won't even look at this company again until one of 2 things happens, 1. financials come across a business wire 2. and they become a REPORTING company.....(and please all spare me of how this stock will be at 1, 2, or 5 dollars by then (NOT with 180,000,000 shares outstanding and the company insiders selling 144's REGULARLY and restricted stock on the side - as I was offered a year ago at the time to help pay expenses for the LPG Conference) Between now and then....I expect some very disappointing stock performance unless it is hyped and pumped again. All smelly fishy from where I sit. (now all can grill me if you want...those who know me know me to be honest and tell it like I see it. I am learning about the world of OTC -BB's and LGOV was a good part of my learning experience.) Best to all and I hope I am wrong....because I was suckered into this too a while ago....hope it hits the moon so jmhollen, Evan, gritten, and Dusty and the rest will see their dreams come true....I just hold a different view a year later, Capt. Dan you were right a long time ago....you live and learn, jpbp
