Always appreciate your commentaries, and stock picks.

Looked at SE, and some elements are missing. RS is negative, but in X's. Looking at the RS chart, I see a pattern of lower highs and lower lows over the past few years. So it is gradually losing RS to the Dow. SE also has spent time below its moving averages, and the overall trend has been down slightly. The bullish shakeout is confounded by a second double bottom at 33. Could also look at this as a trading range of 33-39, with additional resistance at 40 and at 41. So to clear all resistance, I would look for 42. While in a good sector, I believe there are better picks.
