For me they are liquid at this time, as I won't be trading
all that many, the spread is he thing to watch..but none the
less the way they are set up similar to the spy and mdy,
they will step with the index they represent. + or - maybe
1/2 of 1% , at the most, it's not supply demand on them,
that changes their price, as these are index funds,
however low volume make cause the specialist to want more of
a spread.
Yesterday I saw some of
them with just a 1/32 spread, others were as much at 5/16,
the specialist has some lee way with the spread, but the units
will still track the respective stocks, it's not like a CE,
it's like an open end, but you can buy and sell during the day
and are not stuck with the closing price, so here you can take
advantage of the high or low of the market during the day.

Also I'm tracking the TOP stocks weight wise in each, to get a
feel how they will move. Ie scroal over >>

More often than not they will lag the bigger caps that are in
them trend wise, and this should give a small trader like myself
a slight edge when trends are strong. While XLI has 35 companies
those 8 above when strong will signal the move.
Others are much the same, one of them I track 13 companies, but
most are from 6 to 10, ( they are cap weighted so the top ones
will skew the index the most )
