Then your MSO, e.g. TCI, COX, Rogers, etc., is not one of ATHM's partners, because ATHM has exclusive right to carry access. This is more down the lines I had assumed the way the market would evolve. AOL has been in talks with TWX to provide exactly that through UMG-Road Runner. This is still very bullish because it moves in the direction of a true market solution by competition naturally developing. As I said before it would take the pressure off the FCC if they could encourage the creation of a contender like say, SBC-TWX-AOL to counter T-TCI-ATHM.
