Why is there always selling into BEAV's strength???

I believe the culprits are the owners of companies that were acquired by BEAV and got the BEAV stock in lieu of cash compensation. They don't care to wait until BEAV price appreciates. They want out with
cash ASAP. Therefore as soon as the deadline after which they were allowed to cash in arrived they started unloading their share of BEAV stock.

This in my view explains PERMANENT selling into BEAV's strength. As soon as these guys are GONE we will see the price go up. The only alternative would be some institutional buyers to start buying some more with new cash but REALLY new institutional buyers may be few as BEAV is ALREADY +70% institutionally owned...

Any comments about this hypothesis/explanation ???
