Snow, Sippl, and Teo seem to have sold some stock related to exercising stock options - others perhaps to diversify, buy a house who knows - nothing abnormal and they all still own large amounts of NAVR - G

They know the convertible remains outstanding. It's them against the preferred.

Has anyone on this thread called mgmt to ask them if they would be willing to buy the convertible back? And if not, why hasn't mgmt considered it? Would aid their stock greatly, unless they really are that clueless (or careless?).
