Big mover...RON now up $1.06....Oil down about 5 cents, OSX off its low (.76), now down .34 NB Both RON and FGI mgt recently increased their stock buyback programs...as companies still bullish on company prospects....even though oil prices remain low for past 2 months.

This could be accounting for the move in RON....though the talk was that HAL would buy FGI...
