You can't? Look at the chart and tell me where it is going after this Christmas retailer is done selling anything more for the next 5 or so months.http://www.dailystocks.net/getcharts.php3?Ticker=shrp After costs are in for internet ramp-up and Y2K problems in their catalog business along with poor margins and lack of a growing customer base I see sub 5 for Arril!

I found this on Yahoo, perhaps this may help to explain:

"Why are all the Insiders selling?

After doing a little research I see a few problems with Sharper Image:

1. Why have insiders selling in mass?

companysleuth.com.../framewrap.cfm?LOC=www.insidertrader.com/infonaut ics/form4search/Ticker?value=SHRP&Module=insider

2. Share prices for SHRP have risen in December and gone down in January for 6 of the last seven years. Christmas is the big time for SHRP. Sharp has risen more this December than any other December. Can we expect history to repeat itself?

3. Most quarters Sharper Image seems to operate at a loss and is completely dependent on the Christmas:

4: a. GSA expenses increasing
b. have spent all their avaialable cash
c. Most of their projected Year 2000 expenses have not been spent

I hope the volume stays up.

Good Investing,
