Hi Viv-happy holidays... Top management are Israelis, business was founded in Israel First companies they bought were from Israel and they still have an office and/or manufacturing facilities in Israel. Their main place of business is now in Chatsworth California. The price of MRVC went down when technology passed them by. They are working on advanced products which hopefully will get them back into the race. This kind of tragedy can happen in high technology companies. As an owner of MRVC stock, IMO they have proven over their 10 years of existence that they are survivors and I am hoping they get back on track as soon as possible. They personally have more to lose and certainly more to gain than I have. I don't expect major recovery until June but there could be some drift upward after tax selling ends. Remember, this is only my opinion. Good luck whatever you do. btb
