I don't know about $1.50, buy those that did not take advantage of the ridiculous sell off the last few days, will be very sorry in the days and weeks to come. I'd buy more myself, but Christmas took me clean this year! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

I just spoke to John Folger. Following the conversation I made a purchase of RDIM. I like the fact that John.... (his fathers name is Mr. Folgers<g>) is cognizant of market makers shenanigans. A private placement is putting the actual stock certificates into the buyers hands to avert the potential for short selling of those same shares. He also mentions being extremely shareholder driven.

Alfred Warners inclusion into the RDIM fold provides considerable merit to RDIM shareholders (IMO). Mr. Warner is the innovative guy who formulated PC Flowers and is considered to be one of the top 100 guys in the country when it comes to E-Commerce.

I agree with John when asked to characterize why should I buy RDIM as opposed to some other retailer or E-Commerce play and his response was that the physical footprint (100 scheduled physical stores) will separate them from the rest of the competition. I agree.
Also he mentions a fully interactive web-site....Ie., A Lexington sales reps audio text streaming file will accompany the video 3D screen of each specific offering. This will of course be of great value and a considerable boon to the potential lurker looking to obtain manufacturers specs.

Net capital asset requirements for inclusion on the Nasdaq Exchange are expected to be met from the revenue stream of their announced purchase. Projection analysis of American households amounts to the equivalent of maintaining a finger on the pulse of middle class consumers. A far departure from the likes of the limited product offerings of other wholesale type clubs.

Glad to be aboard..... also a Nasdaq status requirement which is expected in 1999 requires a $4 price level. I don't see how anyone can get too hurt buying at these levels considering the small float. Obviously the turn-over of more shares than the smallish float means something. Hopefully that will change shortly.

John recommends looking at:

smallcapjournal.com
internetstockmarket.com

....for more info and news on the company. The forces at work here seem to be focussed and the inclusion of the talents of the ex-Sears management people should help in materializing RDIM into the FIRST E-Commerce private membership wholesale club. I do believe an obvious hurdle requires escaping from the OTC BBs' to a fully reporting Nasdaq status before we see the likes of RDIM mentioned on CNBC.... hopefully the smallish float coupled with the tightly held insider shares will help realize that in the next two quarters.
