What are you calling the January effect? In theory I would think that perhaps some people would clean out their portfolio at the end of the year. This would tend to drive the price down further on non producing stock. However if the stock is essentially dead what would drive the price up in January? One could hope I suppose, but have my serious doubts that this might happen.

Are you saying there are 280 million shares in the float? WOW! When were all of these shares dumped on the market? I didn't think it was that easy to issue shares. Are you sure about the number? Any way to confirm it? Who is Dustin? Would he have or devulge the correct amount of outstanding shares, etc.? Yes it would take a battleship of investors to drive the price up with that many shares out there. I think I better consider jumping ship.
