I think if your company is working with a development company that is expanding your business processes rather than simplifying and streamlining them.....you've got the wrong development company. Most current thought and effort is toward "Less is more". More functionality in fewer steps. Streamlining info and user workflow to fit specific tasks, etc. All good development/consulting companies (Like mine) should be working toward a simpler functionality, not more work for the end user. Change is good if it makes your job easier and your workflow more streamlined while giving you more information you can actually use, no? PA
