To all: Nothing would make me happier than if some type of "Safe Haven" from lawsuits related to Y2K was set up. The whole idea of suing over this is IMHO prepostorous. Companies themselves are victims of the Y2K problem, they do not deserve to be sued, especially if they took appropriate measures to attempt to correct the problem. Class action attorneys are the SCOURGE of the earth, IMHO. Sorry if I offended anyone, but this is a very sore point with me. JDN
