Yes, I agree, SI is a cool place for this sort of stuff. I think I have been around a year? I am not sure, but since the stuff I post here isn't meant to deceive someone and since I generally don't gossip, I am probably safe. Its just sort of scary. Say I make a joke about a fictious stock and use a symbol of zzzzsw (when I tried it a second ago on quote.yahoo.com there was no such symbol). and then later that symbol is used for a company. Someone reads my post from a long time before, thinks it's legitimate, acts on it, loses their home or something and then tries to sue me.... I would hope the reasonable person standard would apply but who knows... the law is shaping as I type. Happy Holidays David
