sfh - I'm sure it was some other reason than Zit being acquired by Microsoft or IBM.

When the rumors start spreading, it's probably people that know this company too well that started running for the exits, yelled sell and Merry Christmas to me.

sfh, according to the 10k, all of the convertible shares have been converted already. The runup may be a prelude to another convertible issue, from the 10k it looks like the bank account is shrinking rapidly. I was very happy to be able to short again yesterday, never thought I would see ZITL above $5 again.
