They have filed an 8 K announcing their intention to change the Netsillicon rights offering into a traditional IPO and then distribute the 80% or so held by Osicom to the current shareholders (they have not given any specific percentages yet.) They also plan to sell the Uniprecision plant in China, IPO a transmission unit and distribute any remaining cash or other ownership interests to FIBR shareholders. I think this is a graceful way for Par to step aside without really resigning. He will still be CEO, but all of the assets will be distributed so he will essentially be the CEO of nothing and we will all own shares in Osicom's current subsidaries.
