1) When: July 6, 1999

Why: Y2K fears will be building the first half of '99, with scandal-hungry media shining the spotlight on every paranoid whacko stocking up his doomsday shelter. The trigger will be an article in a major financial publication about the possible legitimacy of Y2K-related class action suits against major hardware and software companies for the potential billions in lost revenues small- and medium-sized businesses may face. Many investors will be expecting a stock market crash in the fall, with plans to pull out by then, but these articles and growing fears will cause an early pull-out, starting July 6, 1999.

But what do I know?

BTW, I've enjoyed everyone's responses!

Regards,

Adamson

You have the date right, April 1st, but the collapse will begin with the discovery that FBN Associates has been secretly cornering the tulip market.
