All this posting of doom and gloom, your guesses. Could you and
the other naysayers be shorts ? Give us a break and post on your
new board. I for one have had it with all your B.S. and suggest we
post old euto news on all the boards you post on.

Have a Great Holiday to All.

I do respect your outrage and I agree that the 500 million 'black-op stunt' was "a bad thing". However...

Most everyone knows that the 392M has not leaked into the float yet, okay so the float is 108M, with the share price at sub penny.

Anyone even assuming the float just magically being 500 million should get out of investing of sheer self preservation. Or be prepared to take the consequenses.

What will it be when if the shares are leaked and the float is 250M or 300M sub sub sub penny!!

Well, in a year or so or when the restriction goes out of effect I would hope Eutro has done at least something good with the cash from the issued stock. Otherwise we all have at least that amount of time before '392' million shares becomes float bound. Yes?

Or don't you remember when they were leaked in the summer of 1997.

Different matter. The 50 million was stock in escrow. I am not well versed in securities law but I believe that breach of contract (the 50 mil going into the float) is a lesser offence than stock fraud (selling restricted shares into the float)? The former being an issue between companies and the latter being an issue involving the SEC. I would appreciate informed comment on this.

A more real issue is the ability of f x Market Makers to be able to short against a block of restricted shares. It could be almost as bad. Formally illegal I'm sure but I assume it will happen.

The only way EuTo will ever get this investors support again is if they settle the moral financial obligation to its long term investors and if they share every step of their long term business plan with its investors with a appointed 3rd party verifying all as being the truth.

Personally I think it is enough if they make the share price go up... Think about it.

Merry Christmas
