Elio, yes, quite a funny day, 800 shares sold at .25 and that person didn't even try to get .255 for them, LOL something was fishy here and it wasn't Mr.Fish LOL. Anyway, here is some food for thought, The AOL lawsuit is really starting to heat up, we have gotten our interogatories back from AOL and we are in the process of setting up our 4 depositions for the first 2 weeks in January. In my opinion, whatever the lawyers and Mikey find out during these depo's is going to decide whether we get a settlement soon, ( less than 45 days ), Now here is the kicker, What do you think about the bad publicity this is going to come to AOL when we start the depositions. 1. everybody loves the underdog 2. major media exposure 3. The CEO of a company with a 60 BILLION dollar market cap having to going into a depo and spill his guts, just like you and I ??? 4. And lets not forget the fact that AOL just got into the S&P 500, does everyone think that AOL wants to tarnish there happy party of being in the Elite 500 now, I don't thing so and witht he right type of media exposure, AOL will bow in a second. 5. How hard would it be, with AOL's stock around 130 bucks per share for them to issue a big WHOPPING say 30,000 shares for say 3,900,000 dollar settlement, I'm trying to remember how many shares they are giving for NETSCAPE??????? Anyway, I will be off to Cozumel, Mexico for the next week and a few days so I will talk to all my BNEZers after the first of the year. AND REMEMBER THIS, 1999 IS THE YEAR OF BNEZ AND PMA mitchell
