Whether all of those shares are trading or just issued to someone still effects the diluted EPS.

Two things. Last year they started with 87 million and ended with 98 million or so. That's about ten percent issued into the float. The current situation has 108 issued (anyone got an up to date figure?) with any new stock not going into the float.

As you read in my previous post, I agree with the technical valuation being 1/5 if no assets are acquired. If no further value is brought into Eutro we will know well before any serious amount of stock goes into the float (that is before issued stock goes out of restriction). And we can act with calm deliberation based on real events.

At this point I don't know what Eutro needs 400 million shares for so I feel that they went a little over the top. I don't feel good about the situation, that is clear.

I think that the company had other ways that they could have accomplished what they have planned without upping the authorized shares.

At this point I think it is a matter of urgency that they resorted to authorizing a full 500 million. If I don't see several news releases for several acquisitions of substance during Q1, I will seriously reevaluate.

Maybe they have a plan, but maybe they don't and are just as Binder has stated in the business of selling shares.

I am confident that they are not 'in the business of selling shares'. At least not for nothing. I am also confident that the 50 mil mess was a hand me down from the previous management. They might well have been in the share selling business. This is of course only me hypothesizing. The current management has come a very long way from where they were a year ago. I would say that their performance is an objective 'good'. This is wrt the company, not necessarily their stock performance.

Fact - The move to increase the shares has hurt current shareholders.

Fact - Management's failure to discuss and be open about this before shareholders has decreased shareholder trust in management.

True and valid facts! If you've been around you know that I have had serious doubts about both Eutros future and the competence of the staff. Today I'm in a 'show me' mode. I need to see some firm action during Q1 or I'm most likely out.

Whatever happens I wish you good luck with your future investments and a Merry Christmas.
