Hey Mike, You don't want that parking job. I heard tell that the vendors who offer samples of food have to buy the product they sell to costco from costco at the same price you and I pay for it. Can you imagine what they would charge you to sub-lease those spaces, triple net! Yea we have snow and thanks to that I get to stay in the office for a little while longer before I go out and brave those slippery roads. Catching up on paper work in-between a post or two. It's a nice change of pace. The snow is supposed to turn to slush and melt by tomorrow when the rain hits again. We've had a deep freeze for about a week and now we will thaw fast. Next a windstorm will come in and blow down all the shallow rooted trees in the softened soils. Wow I love this place <g> and you have to put up with trade winds and 80-degree temperatures, really a rotten deal, for us to have to contemplate that is. Hold on to that stock, its bound to split.
