Walt, that would be difficult without studying very carefully the patents, the technology, and the file history related to the patents that issued. That would be merely a start. If any questions arose during that process, one would then refer to the many volumes of case law (which is also a growing living body onto itself) relating to the particular topics. Having said that, ( you probably knew this was coming) it would be difficult for me to even comment. Good luck, Leland
