J & L major transaction completed & name change to Cancoil J & L Capital Venture Corp JLX Shares issued 6,650,000 Feb 16 close $0.57 Tue 16 Feb 99 Change Name See Cancoil Integrated Services Inc (CAN) New Listing The company has completed the major transaction outlined in its information circular dated Sept. 23, 1998 and approved by the minority shareholders on Oct. 30, 1998. As a result, effective at the opening of business on Feb. 18, 1999, the company will no longer be considered a junior capital pool company. Shareholders also approved a name change from J & L Capital Venture Corp. to Cancoil Integrated Services Inc. on the basis of one new common share for each one old common share. The common shares of Cancoil Integrated Services will be posted for trading on the ASE in substitution for the common shares of J & L Capital Venture at the opening of business on Feb. 18, 1999.
