PetroLou, Thanks for the excellent article on QWST. I bookmarked it! Perhaps you already know of them (ref. your name "Petro"), but another company that is using their right-of-way to construct a fiber optics network is Williams Company (WMB), a natural gas delivery company which plans to connect 120 cities over 32000 miles in the US by the end of 2000. I would think both QWST with their railroad right-of-way and WMB with their gas line right-of-way should do very well in the next few years. What are your thoughts on the relative merits of the two companies?
