It took two seminars but now I can see more clearly what you are talking about. Thanks, you've put discipline in my trading and profits in my account!!!

SPGLA- part way through a move- but maybe there's alot more to come? Dmi indicates it is hot.

YILD- again- I believe it put up a flagpole from 1.25 to 3.00 area and is in flag stage although not a tight trading range. Whatcha think?
